THE SPACE
Mountain Vista is located on the third level of the building and is easily accessible by both elevator and stairs.
The condo comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, open living and dining areas, a cozy fireplace, and a private outdoor patio with mountain views and a BBQ grill.

The heart of Mountain Vista is its spacious and welcoming living area, designed for relaxing together after a day of exploring Canmore and the Rockies.

The adjoining dining area seats six and provides an inviting place to share breakfast before heading out for the day, gather over a home cooked dinner, or linger over drinks and conversation in the evening.

• Mountain Vista accommodates up to 7 guests.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• The condo is located on the third level and is accessible by elevator and stairs.
• Complimentary dedicated parking is included.
• High speed Wi-Fi is complimentary.
• A private patio with outdoor seating and BBQ grill is available for guests to enjoy.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, in accordance with building bylaws.
• Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the patio or deck.
• Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the unit.
• Pets cannot be accommodated at this time.
We kindly ask guests to be considerate of neighboring residents and guests, particularly when enjoying the patio.
