Room was spacious and fairly clean. Under the pull out where was garbage from previous guests however. Breakfast was not good… it hurt my stomach, the eggs were rubbery, the waffles were stale, the bacon looked weird but was super hard and lacked taste. The pool was oily and grey? When we got out it felt as if we were coated in a thin layer of grease. Giving it a 3 star because the staff were awesome and for a hotel in the mountains it was pretty great.

From the moment we arrived we were happy. Kind reception staff, clean and well appointed rooms, bathroom amenities were lovely and nice Kuerig coffee maker. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing too. We will return!

Clean room, excellent service from front desk and kitchen staff. Room well equiped and very cozy. Play area (swimming pool) was very fun and breakfast was good. All for a good price. Will certainly consider staying there again next time in Banff/Canmore area.

Super clean room, pool was a lot of fun and breakfast was good. Construction noise next door was annoying and elevator was broke down for pretty much the duration we were there. Otherwise, we had a good time!
