Guests have full private access to our entire unit, including all in-suite amenities like the full kitchen, private balcony with BBQ, heated floors, laundry, and more.

As part of your stay, you’ll also enjoy complimentary access to the following shared amenities within The Lodges of Canmore building:

Parking is provided in the heated garage on a first-come, first-served basis (no assigned stalls) and can accommodate 1 vehicle.

If the parkade is full or if you have an additional vehicle, there is also free street parking available nearby.

The home is stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days.
For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional items as needed.

The air conditioning (A/C) unit is available during the summer months.
It remains unavailable during the cooler seasons when it isn’t required.

A small additional guest fee applies for groups larger than 4 guests.
This helps cover extra laundry, supplies, and cleaning to keep the home fresh for everyone.

All extra fees are subject to GST + Alberta Tourism Levy (9%).

✦ Pack & Play Availability ✦

Travelling with little ones? We’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost.

We simply ask for 24 hours’ notice before check-in so we can deliver a freshly sanitized unit to the home.

Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

✦ Pre-Arrival Requirements (After Booking) ✦

To ensure a smooth check-in and maintain a safe, high-quality experience for every guest, the following steps must be completed after your reservation is confirmed:

1) Sign our short-term rental agreement

A quick digital document outlining the terms of your stay.
It takes less than a minute and is sent automatically after booking.

2) Complete ID verification

A one-time, secure process through our trusted platform to help protect the home and our guest community.

3) Choose your damage protection option

Select one of the following:

– $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to $700 in accidental damage
– $700 CAD refundable security deposit, held 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after checkout
(If processed, our payment provider retains a 2% fee → refund amount $686 CAD)

Check-in details are shared once all steps are completed.
