I have to give my review in four parts. The spiral step from the entrance to the first floor is very inconvenient and dangerous. The room is pretty good, bathroom has very little waterflow both in the wash basin and in the shower. The balcony and the view from there is absolutely fantastic. Finally there is no fire escape, overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly.
