This beautiful accommodation is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it has capacity for 3 people, two beautiful bedrooms, the main one with double bed, TV and storage space for clothes, and the secondary one with trundle bed and desk. It has a living area with a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax, Smart TV, Fiber WiFi designed for teleworking, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with shower. With all the amenities and communal pool in the residential complex in which it is located.

Strategically located, a few steps from the beach and the promenade, with a pleasant local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, air conditioning, clothes iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets and much more.

Access by elevator, but the corridor to the apartment has some stairs leading down.
