Great place will stay here again

We stayed here for one night but would stay longer. Clean and just what we needed. It is a little hard to find it is above a very good restaurant. You need whatsup app on your phone because they will send you a QR code to check in with.. I did not realize this and they were very helpful on the phone. The location is in a nice part of town.

Not a bad place, just not a good one. Really hard to find (above a restaurant and the elevator is inside). No window. No hot water. Checkout on this site says 11am but the hotel info says 10am. Clean though and once you find it access is easy

It was not easy to find the place but once we check in during the day it was ok, there was nobody at the desk at night when we needed anything, there’s a restaurant downstairs that has good service and food and a bakery. It’s a good place to stay if you plan to use it to sleep and shower, we got the studios/no fridge/no microwave.

A Gem in the Heart of Cancun Downtown

My stay at Sky Inn Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. Traveling from Toronto, the hotel’s location was a major draw, offering easy access to downtown Cancun’s attractions. Its proximity to cafes, Mexican restaurants, and even a McDonald’s right downstairs added to the convenience. Additionally, being close to bus route 2 made trips to the Hotel Zone effortless. What truly set this stay apart was the warm support from the host, Luzma, whose generosity and kindness were unparalleled. She was very responsive and reachable all the times. Sky Inn offers great facilities including free WiFi, which was impressively fast, and comfortable, clean rooms with modern amenities ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The fitness center and free private parking are added conveniences for guests. But it’s not just about the amenities; the location is rated highly by couples and is in close proximity to Plaza 28 and Las Palapas Park, perfect for those looking to explore the local scene. It is also walkable to Walmart for any quick grocery trips. I highly recommend Sky Inn Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in Cancun, supported by fantastic staff. It’s an experience I’m eager to repeat on my next visit. Note: It has a shared entrance with La Casa de los Abuelos.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, which helped tremendously. The price was affordable and it was a 15min drive to the beach at "zona hotelera". I would recommend this hotel to friends/family.

Pros: Restaurant under hotel, super cheap and affordable, and good food! Next to an OXXO that is 24 hrs Good a/c Hotel not expensive at all There is church on Sundays Cons: You need to advise the host by WhatsApp whenever you want hot water to shower. They may not have hot water at night. The Alfa Suite is nice but you cant sleep good because the check in office is right outside so people are loud noisy with their luggage checking in while you are right next to them. Alfa and Omega suites are nice but right next to office and elevator. Noisy! No peace! Check in was not easy and seamless. The host did not provide the best instructions how to get in the room and made me feel like i was going to be waiting 2 hours to get in ny room. Someone prior said they were waiting 2 hours.. host needs to be a better host: sorry, but it was not a 5 star service. 4, yes, but not 5 due to cons…

*Primero los pros: El lugar es céntrico, acceso sencillo y rápido. Los cuartos son de buen tamaño y bonitos, las camas son muy cómodas y todo está limpio. Los cuartos no tienen ventanas y los pasillos tienen sensores de movimiento para cuando sales, esto hace que no tengas ni un rayo de luz y ruido 💯. La atención es buena en general. *Lo malo: Lo muy malo fue la regadera, imposible bañarse, la regadera estaba en muy malas condiciones entonces salía para todos lados, hasta el techo, la puerta, etc. Le movimos y limpiamos lo más posible con una toalla y mejoró un poco, pero regular la temperatura del agua fue imposible y se gasta una cantidad de agua irreal, de verdad fue una frustración tremenda. Ahora deben saber algo importante, este lugar es un híbrido, es decir las instalaciones son de hotel pero el funcionamiento es como de Airbnb, todo es el línea, por tel o WhatsApp, con claves y códigos QR, no hay nadie en recepción, entonces por ejemplo el tema de la regadera no hay personal que te manden a revisar y arreglar, nos faltaban toallas y cuando las solicité por WhatsApp me pidieron ir a sacarlas de un closet, que estaba cerrado, saqué 2 toallas de otra puerta, olían a limpio pero no eran iguales a las que teníamos en el baño. La gente fue amable, sin embargo si es importante que sepan este tipo de cosas ya que las soluciones y servicios que se dan NO SON DE HOTEL. Nuestro objetivo era descansar y bañarnos y se cumplió a la mitad.
