Great place to stay

We stayed 3 weeks and toured a lot during this vacation. Pros: Very safe community Clean house The house has nice spacious rooms. Nice little community Nice little pool area 3 comfortable king-size beds Walking distance to some amenities (Walmart, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants...) Basic kitchen cookware and dinnerware are available. There are local buses running near by, you probably can get by without a car. Cons: Far from a beach Renting a car/ driving in Cancun is not for everyone! Different outside noises affected our sleep In all, we really enjoyed the house and it's community and don't regret our stay!

The property was located in a safe area and offered walking distance to shopping areas. We were however disappointed in the service by the host. After arriving, we were met with cold water in the showers and despite messaging and trying to call the host we were not able to get a solution. We had to bathe with very cold water for three days, resulting in two of the persons in our party becoming ill thereafter. It was only after the intervention of a resident in the area, we found out that the gas had finished and therefore there was no hot water. The showers were also giving trouble and even though we messaged many times, the host did not rectify the situation. The property is a nice, clean and safe one with basic amenities. However, there were no extra amenities such as toiletries, towels, tissue or even laundry facilities. The stay could have been more comfortable with providing basic items and seeking to rectify small issues when they occurred. We are not too satisfied with the accommodation and would have chosen another one had we known the level of service.
