The Space:

Step inside Aldeazul 2 and discover a thoughtfully designed studio apartment, perfect for a comfortable stay in downtown Cancun. The main living space combines a bedroom area and a living room, maximizing the available space.



A comfortable double bed awaits for a restful night's sleep, while a sofa bed offers additional sleeping arrangements. The living area is designed for relaxation, with a Smart TV for entertainment. Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen, featuring essential utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The apartment also includes a full bathroom. Outside, you'll find a private exterior space.



Guest Access:

Common areas are shared with 5 other studios. The property is equipped with security cameras in the common areas; this is strictly for safety purposes and does not invade the guests' privacy.



In the garden, we have a small patch where you can pick bananas, basil, mint, spearmint, aloe vera, and lemongrass. (Subject to seasonal availability).



We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.



One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.



Getting Around:

You can pretty much walk to cafes and restaurants, banks, convenience stores and drugstores around.



You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, we can help you book those services.



To get to the Hotel Zone you can take the bus R1 and R2. Uber and Didi are also good options to move around.
