Apt 501 with stunning Lagoon view w/pool and gym

Enjoy this beautiful apartment, fully equipped for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 5th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea.

Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), the "Superama" by Walmart supermarket, many malls, restaurants and cafeterias.

The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a large underground parking.

The apartment comes with a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a large open space with kitchen (microwave, electric grill, coffee machine, fridge and all you need to cook). Dining table and sofa.

Bedroom with walk-in closet and own bathroom. Balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the breeze of the evening. The bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm) and the sofa bed in the livingroom is a double bed (130 cm x 180 cm).

If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym!

There is currently a construction site next door, so there may be noise during the day. Prices and cancellation policies already take this factor into account.

No hot water

No hot water. Let management know and no one showed up for for over 22 hours! Never got fixed!! Left property and got a hotel.
