The property was clean etc but perhaps I'm just old but requiring the guest to empty the rubbish bins as a part of the deal seems a bit too 'Air B & B'. Other than that all good

The property was close to the hospital and to the shopping centre and all amenities were very clean.
Unfortunately, the 'all seasons' donnas on the beds are not nearly warm enough for a Canberra winter with no extra blankets provided even after a phone call to management. The unit needs another chair or lounge for seating. The location of the rubbish bins was tricky to find
