Welcome to The Jot. Modern and convenient loft apartment in Turner. It is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat. You will have access to all of the apartment amenities throughout your stay.

This home is located on the 2nd level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.



BEDROOM:

Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. There`s also a TV in the bedroom for late-night binge watching!



BATHROOM:

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper and body wash.



KITCHEN:

You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:

- fridge/freezer

- stovetop

- microwave

- oven

- dishwasher

- crockery and cutlery



We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a TV which has access to all local channels that you can use.



LAUNDRY AREA:

A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.



PARKING:

The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.



Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.



There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge



Your keys are offsite at 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon.



I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.



I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.



Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
