Welcome to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Dickson located close to the very popular Dickson Wetlands and right in the heart of the Inner North.



The unit is spacious, fully insulated, north facing and has double glazing throughout. It is self-contained, super comfortable and full of natural light - we think you`ll love it.



This unit is located on the ground level.



BEDROOM:

Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.



BATHROOM:

The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.



KITCHEN:

Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. During your stay you`ll have access to:

- fridge/freezer

- crockery and cutlery

- microwave

- cooktop

- oven



We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.



LIVING ROOM:

With access to high-speed WiFi, the living room also has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. TV has access to all local channels.



LAUNDRY AREA:

A washing machine and dryer are available as well as an iron and ironing board for guests to use.



COMMON AREA:

Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements on the premises at the time of your arrival.



Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.



There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.



I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.



I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
