This modern and artistic 3BR Apt w/ outdoor dining is only a 5-minute drive to Parliament House, the National Art Galleries, National Library and Questacon. For your convenience, it is a self-check-in apartment so there's no need to meet someone on-site. We would love to host you!
Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All of the beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Wardrobes provide plenty of space including room for luggage.
Bathroom 1 has a shower, a toilet, double vanity and a spa bath. Bathroom 2 has a shower and a basin vanity and a separate toilet room. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage and length of stay.
If you are craving a home-cooked meal you can cook up a storm in the spacious and extensively equipped kitchen. During your stay you will have use of the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - dishwasher - crockery and cutlery - a selection of platters and bowls - 1 large and 1 small french press
We also stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
The living room has a 55" Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Chrome, Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. The TV has access to local channels.
The dedicated workspace includes a desk and chair with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
The internal laundry includes a washing machine and clothes dryer as well as a drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The private basement parking garage can accommodate 2 cars. If requiring additional parking there is paid street parking and 2 x paid parking garages in Burbury Close.
There is limited free street parking on Sydney Avenue and NSW Crescent.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. A guest key set is provided, along with an additional FOB inside the property. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

The nearest bus stop to the apartment is only 230 metres away on National Circuit, one of Canberra's main bus routes.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Please allow access for any maintenance concerns arising during stay to avoid rescheduling with third party contractors. 1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

Very clean, excellent communication from host. Perfect location. I was very impressed with the bathroom supplies, not the silly little throw away tubes of hand wash. Check in had quiet a few steps but it all made sense and I recommend watching the very helpful youtube video that was made to help with the check in process. Canberra itself is a lovely city with so many free things to see and do with family. We will be back, absolutely.

Great catch up in Canberra we were a party of six friends. Lots of room enjoyed the terrace very much for morning coffee and sunset drinks sessions. Wonderful big kitchen well stocked with good glassware crockery & serving ware as we mainly self catered. Would recommend for families or groups such as ours.

Amazing Views. Great Place To Stay
Spent the weekend here with my family, I would definitely recommend staying here. The apartment is so large is it like having two separate units, lots of space and very well finished. Walking distance to Capital Hill which is great.
