Relax in your modern 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment nestled in Gordon Street. You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.



BATHROOM:

The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.



KITCHEN:

You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:

- fridge/freezer

- stovetop

- microwave

- oven

- crockery and cutlery

- dishwasher



We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to all local channels.



LAUNDRY AREA:

A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.



PARKING:

The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There is also a 2-hour free parking at Edinburgh Avenue.

There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

Great prior info

Check in and parking info was very well explained. Thank you. Great facilities and location that suited our purpose. Very clean and well presented. It's a shame the air conditioner is only downstairs - this means the bedroom upstairs remains very warm as hot air rises via the void between the two levels.
