Upon arrival, we were expecting to be greeted by the reception only to check in to the 24hr kiosk with a lady upstairs yell across the car park asking what room key the machine had spat out then followed by saying it’s ready. Walk in, room smelt revolting. Dust on surfaces and shower filthy- only to find the hot tap leaks emensly and burnt both mysepf and my partner leaving burn marks on our hands and arms. Loud noises all night, kids running around upstairs- you can see drip marks down the walls like they haven’t been cleaned. And also to add the old school stereo in the bedside was buzzing all night with no option to turn off.. very unhappy- DO NOT stay in room30!!!!!
