Comfortable stay for a reasonable price

Comfortable bed in generously-proportioned suite of lovely old hotel with helpful staff. Minor imperfections consistent with building's age. On-site parking or the street is fine if you miss out on a bay. Quiet location. EV charger nearby.

We were most welcome. Staff were excellent. Bit disappointed no meal facilities but realise the times are a changing. Have been to this venue for over 40 years and am not disappointed but nostalgia cuts in as I remember the great breakfasts we enjoyed.

Whenever we visit Canberra, we stay at Brassey's Hotel. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms spacious, beds very comfy and we love the fact that we can park our car for free and enjoy coffee downstairs.

Nice Hotel, Great customer service

I have stayed at this Hotel several times always great. We had a bit of noise on our first night and they moved us to a quieter place in the Hotel, with no fuss at all. The Staff could not have been more accommodating, absolutely excellent customer service. I highly recommend staying here.

Unfortunately the antenna was broken and the room had no tv reception. Was given a couple of complimentary drink vouchers but had to walk 10 mins to another hotel to watch the cricket and have a few beverages.
