Positioned on the top floor, feel set above the rest in our one bedroom stylish penthouse apartment.

With 200 degree views that go on for miles towards Brindabella Ranges on one side, and Woden Valley on the other, this light-filled apartment gives a sense of removal from the world yet with prime location in the heart of Woden.

The apartment comes set up with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, A/C, wifi and Smart TV.

The bedroom has a comfy King size bed and views stretching across Woden Valley and the Phillip Oval.

The apartment is new, has lift access & has one secure underground car space. It is equipped with a Smart TV, the kitchen has a Nespresso and dishwasher. The balcony is set up to enjoy the views while sipping over a drink or tucking into some nibbles.

The prime location of this apartment will make your stay in Canberra simple. Not only are there plenty of amenities within a short distance (shops, cafes, movie theatre, restaurants etc), but bus stops are also close by and driving is a breeze with it being so central in Woden.

This apartment is part of the WOVA complex. Built in 2024, this residential community is one of Woden's newest additions. The stand-out communal facilities that residents can access are an indoor heated pool, large sauna, gym, ping pong, BBQ facilities, movie room and outdoor seating areas.

Guests have full exclusive use of the whole apartment. The communal facilities (eg pool, gym, sauna etc) are shared with other residents.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

The unit was in a good location for us. The key collection in our view was unacceptable it is located accross a busy street and behind a shop in a very distasteful place. I had to get down in the dirt to retrieve them. The car parking is confusing. The unit is lovely but very very cold. It took all night to heat up. We were happy to find an additional blanket in the cupboard but was dirty. It had faeces on it. We put it in the washing machine. We needed it. We sat the evening in our puffer jackets. The machine took three times to get it spun out and by then it was bedtime. So we had to sleep in our clothes. No electric blanket and only one light doona. ( in canberra middle of winter) There was no body wash, no handsoap, no milk a coffee machine with only three pods??? The tv cabinet has fallen apart. There is a big ugly stain on the carpet in the bedroom. We took photos of everything. This property is way overpriced. We would never stay there again.
