The property was neat and tidy. The "pull down" bed was not disclosed in the advertising which was a bit of a shock. Although I must say the bed was comfortable. The toilet area is a gold fish bowl with see through glass on both sides so anyone entering the premises can see you on the toilet as can people in the lounge room and also those sitting at the dinner table (yuck). Also I was made uncomfortable by the graphic pornographic images available on the television. Car park instructions and wifi name also need to be updated on the documentation provided to guests.

The property was fantastic! It was surprisingly quiet, very comfortable and clean. It was also in a great location to ANU and not far from Civic shopping centre.

Staff were great

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room could have done with a curtain/blind between the bed and front door, it was too light. Also the bed could have been more comfortable.
