Atendimento impecável, porém, estrutura do hotel bastante antiga. As paredes do quarto estavam bastante sujas, o ar condicionado fazia um barulho bastante estranho e acordava a gente a noite, além disso, internet péssima, existia um cabo de rede no quarto, porém também não funcionava, o Wi-Fi era muito instável. Café da manhã simples e gostoso! Elevador do hotel também é bastante antigos, ele dava uns trancos que as vezes assustava. Mas cumpriu o prometido, hotel bastante seguro, com vaga na garagem e recepção 24h. Não achei um bom custo benefício, pelas condições antigas do hotel.

Uma estadia incrível

A estadia foi maravilhosa, os funcionários do hotel são muito educados e receptivos. Para vocês terem uma idéia, após exaustiva e longa viagem na estrada minha rinite foi atacada pelo ar condicionado do carro, a funcionaria do check-in me ofereceu o telefone de uma farmácia no qual liguei lá e por ser hospede do hotel fui muitíssimo bem tratado pelo farmacêutico que prontamente enviou um motoboy para entregar os remédios. A empatia dos funcionários com os hóspedes foi incrível, digna de elogios ao hotel e a todos os funcionários que lá trabalham, super recomendo a todos!

Hotel encantador. Tem a parte nova moderna, e a parte antiga intacta utilizada pela administração do hotel. O que achei muito interessante, com a mobília da época. Quarto não é tão grande, mas para casal é essencial. Cama muito confortável. O banheiro bem espaçoso com uma ducha incrível. Tem um cardápio maravilhoso do restaurante do hotel com preços em conta. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos.

O Hotel já deve ter sido muito bom. Porém, está escuro, triste mesmo. O chuveiro do primeiro quarto não funcionava bem, e o do segundo era ótimo, porém vazava água para fora do box. O café da manhã, apesar do atendimento dos dois rapazes, deixou a desejar. Os ovos estavam horríveis, pois estavam no banho-maria, e não havia um cuidado com o aspecto. A recepção foi correta, procurando atender às nossas demandas.

Houve um problema no momento do check out, pois paguei antecipado ao Hoteis.com e o hotel informou que não teria recebido o pagamento, exigindo que eu pagasse no balcão. Paguei novamente, peguei os comprovantes e, após a viagem, liguei para Hoteis.com. No dia seguinte o hotel me enviou um e-mail, reconhecendo a falha e solicitando os dados bancários para devolução do pagamento que eu fiz no hotel. Os valores foram ressarcidos sem maiores problemas.

Atendimento e conforto do quarto

A escolha do hotel foi pela localização próxima de nossos amigos em Campos e a facilidade de locomoção para os locais do evento de formatura. Gostamos muito do atendimento e profissionalismo dos funcionários do hotel, em especial a Martha do restaurante. Café da manhã muito bom. Minha única ressalva é quanto à acústica dos quartos, pois ouvíamos todo o ruido do corredor. O quarto é muito confortável e prático.

Nossa estadia foi curta e não ficamos muito tempo dentro do hotel. O café da manhã tinha moderada variedade de alimentos e o cardápio do almoço (a quilo) é bem variado.
