Bad rooms with good evevators

Floors and windows were really dirty. They put an extra bed and we did not have room to open the fridge or the closet. My impression is that the rooms given to clients that use apps are the worst The air conditioning was out of position and the cold air hit strait on the bed The fan of the bathroom was really noise. Th towels and shower and área of the hotel were good but everything else was bad and I felt deceived. Breakfast was poor.

Nice hotel, well located with a great breakfast - unfortunately this particular room seemed to have water odour problems in the bathroom either due to drainage or water infiltration through the shower tiles - a maintenance problem to be remedied by the hotel. Wifi was a little bit weak but this may have been room dependent. Otherwise, great spot and highly recommend.

We liked the large room, balcony, 2 person sink, sauna(if you wanted to use it), workout room, and roof top pool! Great view rooftop both day and night! Excellent variety of breakfast food at the buffet! Strange... we never saw the pool or hot tub filter circulating water.

Great hotel great location.

Nice hotel right on Cavaleiros beach. Great value for money. The room and some minor faults like a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but I’m sure they fixed it after I reportrd it upon check out.

Reservei por um dia, pois estava em viagem com família e programei a parada para descanso. Realmente me surpreendi quando voltamos do jantar já tarde e percebemos que o ar condicionado somente ventilava e a luz de frente para o armário estava queimada. Noite frustrante para dormir, para completar na descida para o cafe da manhã, minha esposa e filha ficaram presas no elevador e a pessoa que ficou com elas informou que no dia anterior aconteceu a mesma coisa, como o hotel possui 3 elevadores me surpreendeu nao desligarem o que apresentou problemas por ser tratar de ser um fds. Café da manhã muito bom, mas como dormimos muito mal, mais esse incidente e precisávamos seguir viagem nao aproveitamos muito. Ficamos muito decepcionados dessa vez.
