This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the entire island, from which you will enjoy the best views of the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. This duplex, which has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, is distributed as follows: on the lower floor you will find the living room with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils you need to enjoy your vacation, as well as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, etc. From the living room you will go out to a large terrace with an outdoor table from where you can enjoy your meals with the Es Trenc beach at your feet, a true delight.
On this same floor there are 3 of the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each. In addition, you will also have 2 of the fully equipped bathrooms. On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small terrace with sea views.
The parking space is completely free and is located in the same building. To access the apartment you must climb stairs, since it does not have an elevator. If you are traveling with children, we can offer you a cot and high chair upon request.
