The renovated main house has an open-plan kitchen and bright living-dining area with white décor, exposed beams, and sandstone tiles. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, while a fireplace ensures coziness in cooler months. Upstairs, the only bedroom in the old house—also the only air-conditioned room—has a private terrace and modern bathroom.
Outdoors, a covered veranda with built-in stone benches with cushions overlooking the orchard offers a perfect relaxation spot. The terracotta-colored guesthouse has four independent double bedrooms, each with an entrance, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom.
The stunning 10x4m pool, ranging from 0.70m to 2m deep, is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. A covered terrace offers shade, and the fully equipped summer kitchen and a charcoal barbecue provide outdoor dining options.
Villa Jara is private yet conveniently located near a rural road leading to Es Trenc and Ses Covetes beaches, with sunbed rentals and a beach bar, is 4.5 km away.
