Brand new apartment of about 60 square meters on the ground floor in a single level located in the main square of Campitello adjacent to all the first services (cafeteria, tobacconist, supermarket, pizzerias, butcher, bakery, shopping mall ...) is about 300 m from Corrodella ski lift (it takes 4 minutes on foot).

The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people and has been all soundproofed, including underfloor heating ...
Entry from the independent back and composed of:
° a double bedroom with window and 32-inch satellite TV on the wall, large wardrobe with 4 doors and drawers
° a double room always including a window and a wardrobe with 2 doors and drawers
° a bathroom with services, corner shower with a holder
° a small closet with double toilet and washer-dryer supplied
° large living room kitchen with all appliances (fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric hot plate), all the cookware are already adaptable for the electric plate; there is also a Nespresso coffee machine in existing pods
° 3-seater sofa, if necessary single sofa bed
