Very well-kept residence located near the centre of the pretty village of Campitello in a quiet area away from traffic. Adjacent to the property is a school and baby field for younger or inexperienced skiers. For the winter season it is convenient that the ski bus stop leading to the start of the Campitello di Fassa cable car is about 200 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Many other services are also available not far away, such as restaurants, bars, supermarket, ski hire, tourist office, etc. During the summer season, it is possible to take numerous trips or walks at altitude or at the bottom of the valley without having to move the car from the car park.
