O quarto não estava devidamente preparado, fechado a algum tempo pela presença de inseto morto próximo ao sanitário. O interfone do quarto não está funcionando também, precisei me dirigir até a recepção para a substituição das pilhas do controle do ar condicionado. Atendimento da equipe muito cordial e atenciosa!

Hotel barulhento!!!

Quarto estava limpo, chuveiro quentinho, funcionários educados e café da manhã bom. O que mais incomodou foi o barulho de madrugada, o hotel fica bem ao lado de umas casas de “família” que faz barulho a noite toda. Som altíssimo e pessoas falando até as 07:00 hs da manhã!!! Não dormimos nada!!!

Experiência negativa e ruim .

Foi uma experiência muito ruim. Aluguei um quarto Família e nós colocaram em um puxadinho que existe ao lado do hotel . Sem infraestrutura nenhuma, com as camas velhas, sendo todas individuais, isso porque deixarei descrito que gostaria de uma cama de casal, pois estava indo com minha esposa e filho . O puxadinho cheirava a mofo, a porta não fechava direito, o piso de madeira estava se solta não funcionava nada direito no local . Depois de eu reclamar bastante a recepção, nos trocaram de lugar e nos passaram para o hotel, em um quarto habitual , limpo e bem organizado, mas mesmo assim ainda faltando bastante coisa perto do que vi em outros quartos no mesmo andar , parecia que ainda estavam finalizando a obra no quarto . Cafe da manhã foi o pior que já experimentamos, sem variedade , somente um tipo de pão, não tinha opções para crianças, exemplo: iogurte, pão de queijo, maçã ou banana . Só tinha um tipo de suco, o café era das 06:30 até as 9:30, chegávamos às vezes as 8:30 e já não tinha quase mais nada e a moça falava que não haveria reposição, que só tinha o que estava ali. 2 pessoas apenas para atender no café tiras as coisas das mesas a e abastecer, para um hotel inteiro, com várias famílias com crianças , mesas ficavam por tempo todas sujas e tínhamos que nós mesmos tirar para poder se sentar e tomar café . Sendo bem sincero a única coisa boa do hotel foram as camareiras que todo dia deixavam o quarto impecável, limpos e bem cheirosos . Infelizmente não recomendo.

TV não funcionava

Infelizmente a TV do meu quarto não estava funcionando. Informei a recepção e apenas me disseram que a operadora NET estava em atualização mas que logo voltaria, isso foi as 19h, no check out as 8h do dia seguinte, ainda não havia voltado a funcionar. Recepcionista que me atendeu no check in foi super simpatica, educada e atenciosa.
