Eu e meu esposo ficamos hospedados por três noites em um quarto simples. O maior ponto negativo, sem dúvida, foi a cama — a mais dura em que já dormimos na vida! Não conseguimos ter uma boa noite de sono em nenhum dos dias, o que comprometeu completamente nosso descanso, acordávamos várias vezes durante a noite. Chegávamos exaustos e não conseguíamos relaxar. Por esse motivo, não voltaríamos ao hotel. O Wi-Fi é instável, o hotel não fornece shampoo e o estacionamento fica em uma área aberta, exposta à rua e sem nenhum tipo de monitoramento. Outro ponto que nos desagradou foi em relação à pensão completa. Antes de fechar a reserva, ligamos para confirmar se as bebidas estavam incluídas e nos informaram que sim. No entanto, ao chegar no local, fomos surpreendidos com a cobrança à parte. No final, tivemos que pagar R$120 apenas em bebidas durante os três dias. Apesar desses problemas, o hotel tem um ambiente de lazer agradável, o atendimento é excelente e o buffet é muito bem servido, com comidas variadas e bem preparadas. Mas não ter conseguido dormir direito, com certeza comprometeu a minha viagem, agora tenho 2mil reais parcelados em 12 vezes pra lembrar da experiência rs :(

Poderia ser melhor

Instalações antiga, realmente o hotel parou no tempo. Mobílias velhas, puxadores quebrados, guarda roupa cheirando mal, cama de casal é na verdade duas de solteiro emendadas uma na outra. O colchão é o básico a se oferecer, independente da categoria do quarto. Pois pensamos em descansar e relaxar, e o que acontece que você dorme mal e acorda todo quebrado, parece que levou uma surra ou fez um treino pesado de musculação (todas as noites foram mal dormidas). Quanto a barulho, ok. Estrutura externa, apesar de antigo esta bem conservado. Tem estacionamento sem cobertura e outra parte com ao lado do hotel, tem que andar uns 100 metros. Refeições ok, pouca variedade, mas o que servia era bom. Maioria dos funcionários educados, um ou outro deixa a desejar.

Quarto, com armário pequeno fechado e com cheiro de mofo, não tem cesto de lixo no quarto, café da manhã, almoço e jantar com poucas opções, area de lazer o bar fica fechado na hora do almoço, absurdo, esse hotel está muita abaixo do Mantovani, Guarany e o Plazza, fica muito longe do ponto mais turistico a pça de Aguas de Lindóia, a pessoas na recepçao, do bar da piscina as moças da arrumação são nota 10, mas o hotel é fraco.
