Instalações muito antigas. O quarto era bem limpinho mas o que me marcou foi que saímos e deixamos as luzes apagadas e o quarto trancado. Quando voltamos as luzes estavam todas acesas. Fiquei com a sensação de que entraram no nosso quarto para procurar alguma coisa. Conferi e estava tudo lá. Nada sumiu. Mas fiquei com sensação de insegurança. Fora a tal da taxa de ocupação absurda que eles cobram... além de pagar a diária ainda tem uma taxa de 25,00 por dia por pessoa. Resumindo... não gostei.

O apto é antigo, porém estava bem conservado. E cuidado. Existe uma taxa de ocupação escondida no anúncio que torna o valor da diária superior a outras opções na cidade. Preço enganoso. Queria economizar e acabei gastando mais por causa dessa taxa escondida no anúncio! Não recomendo! Existem opções melhores e mais econômicas na cidade!

O quarto que ficamos é separado por uma porta, que apesar de estar trancada, era possível ouvir todas as conversas e barulhos, é claro de lá também, nunca vi isso. Mas o pior de tudo é ter pagar taxa de 25 reais por pessoa a cada dia de estadia, quando fiz a reserva não vi isso, depois vi que estava em letras miúdas no final. Absurdo total, café da manhã 15 reais e muito fraquinho. Não voltarei mais apesar da localização privilegiada e boa estrutura de lazer.

A comida e o café da manhã eram péssimos pelo valor cobrado da diária. Apesar dos funcionários serem ótimos, não valeu apena se hospedar neste local. Eu estava a negócios e utilizo da internet para trabalho e a mesma era muito ruim.

Adorei o atendimento/serviços, áreas comuns, piscinas, etc do hotel. Ótimo lugar para descanso e passeio em família, tem um parque aquático chamado Termas Walter Park que vale a pena visitar fica apenas 10 mins. de carro do hotel e o preço e bem acessível.

Foi razoável, pois nosso contato com hoteis.com nos disseram na reserva que o quarto dispunha de ar condicionado e o que obtivemos foi um ventilador de teto e fizemos a reserva mais cara por esse motivo

De maneira geral ruim, pelos motivos acima elencados. No café da manhã do domingo, não havia mais frutas, pois tinha terminado. O café vai até às 10 horas da manhã e eu desci pra tomar o meu às 8:30 horas.
