A comida não estava boa, nem o jantar, nem o café da manhã. De manhã não havia água quente. A porta tem uma fresta embaixo por onde entra luz, portanto o quarto não ficava escuro. Pelo menos a cama era boa.

Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todo o pessoal, especialmente a recepcionista Rose, quem me liberou o quarto antes do previsto e atendeu minhas necessidades Beto no restaurante me brindou um serviço 5*****, com grande conhecimento do seu posto de trabalho e muito gentil Hotel com instalações impecáveis, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente, equipamentos novos; limpeza e cheiro muito agradáveis Agradeço também ao Fernando, quem me assistiu no check out e me passou muitas informações de forma muito solícita. Se tivesse que dizer da única coisa a melhorar, seria a piscina pois não pega sol na maior parte do tempo, mas de qualquer forma o espaço é de qualidade Uma excelente experiência que penso repetir muitas vezes !!

Gostei muito do hotel, iria novamente e recomendo, apesar do chuveiro com pouca água (toralmehte sem forçar a água). Como era apenas 1 diária, nem reclamei. Mas no geral, tudo muito lindo, entrada imponente, carrinhos e suporte de transportar roupas tbem perfeito. Tudo muito limpo, atendimento de primeira, café da manhã perfeito. So nao consegui perceber o q tinha aos arredores. Academia linda, bem equipada

Sou hóspede assíduo. É o melhor de Rio Claro , Bom hotel. Limpo e espaçoso. A melhorar o café da manhã oferece pca variedade de frutas e nao tem nada sob demanda, tapioca, omelete…. Check in e out normalmente congestionados com 1 atendente somente. Acústica pode melhorar pois ouvimos sempre os vizinhos. Sempre uma luta com o controle remoto da TV para funcionar
