Gostamos muito. Sugestão deixar um café pronto a tarde e máquina de café ligada durante almoço e janta, a água para consumo poderia ser 24h. O aquecimento das piscinas pode ser melhorado, mas o hotel é ótimo, esperamos voltar em breve.

Tem grande potencial mas falta manutenção como um todo e ajustes. O espaço do restaurante nao comporta a quantidade de hospedes, o espaço é super abafado e quente com o ar condicionado nao dando conta. O espaço com o brinquedao também carece de ventilação e climatização. As piscincas climatizadas e aquecidas sao muito boas e estao instalando um toboágua novo. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Por ser um Family Resort e focado para crianças, o almoço poderia iniciar mas cedo. Quem tem criança pequena acaba sendo desafio.

Funcionarios nota 10!!!! Fazem toda diferença.

Reservamos o quarto com cama queen + 2 sofas camas porem no quarto tinha apenas 1 sofa cama muito pequeno que nao comporta dois adultos. O quarto nao deveria ser disponibilizado para 4 adultos. Entramos em contato com a recepção e nos alocaram em outra acomodacao, por isso avalio o atendimento do hotel nota 10.

Esperava mais do Bendito Cacao!

O hotel tem ótimas instalações, porém, precisa melhorar muito. Por outras avaliações e pela minha própria experiência, notei que o hotel tem ficado lotado de hóspedes, fazendo com que o único lugar que serve as alimentações (café, almoço e jantar) esteve abarrotado de gente, filas intermináveis, calor humano, super lotação desse espaço. Isso faz com que a qualidade despenque. Passei por 3 jantares, poucas opções e não vi a qualidade que primetem. Sobre o quarto: cama ampla e boa, ar condicionado fraco e não atendia ao tamanho do quarto, banheiro com estrutura falha, não há espaço para por um sabonete ou shampoo levado por nós mesmos. O Alê, dono desse lindo empreendimento, precisa repensar a logística do hotel, pois nessa situação, não dá pra comparar qualidade com a quantidade de hóspedes que estão recebendo.

Bendito Cacao Águas é bom, não excelente!

Vou iniciar dizendo porquê me decepcionei um pouco. O hotel precida considerar e rever a quantidade vendida de quartos para que o padrão Cacau Show não caia de qualidade. O quarto é amplo, a cama é grande e confortável, a área do chuveiro tem uma estrutura física feia, o ar condicionado estava apenas refrescante, não atendia para o tamanho do quarto. Um ponto negativo é a quantidade de hóspedes que circulam durante as refeições, muita gente, muita fila, os jantares com pouquíssimas opções, nem no almoço e nem no jantar, tinha muitas opções de frutos do mar. Penso que o hotel precisa repensar em um nova área para as refeições e desafogar apenas um lugar. Hoje ao sair do hotel, ficamos cerca de 20 min esperando nosso carro chegar para sairmos do hotel. No mais, funcionários educados e prestativos. Os sócios do hotel precisam escolher entre quantidade ou qualidade, se querem melhores avaliações.
