The house and backyard are beautiful, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought in decorating the home. We didn't try the pool because it was still fairly cool outside, but it would be an amazing amenity to have in the Summer. We found the master bed to be very comfortable, and the location is extremely quiet at night. Campanet is an adorable town that is easy to find, walkable, and close to most everything on that side of the island. The options for dinner in the area leave something to be desired, but there are a few gems! It is also a good jumping off place for cyclists!
Unfortunately, the company providing the rental property was less than professional. There is not a guide for any guest questions that may come up (that we could find... and we looked). Things that guests would find useful include -- the location of the laundry or second bath (to make this simple for you it is in the "pool house"), internet information/passwords (on the back of the router in the dining room), or what to do in case of any maintenance needs/concerns (still not sure what to suggest for this).
We had a large number of ants running the length of the house on our arrival to the home (a Friday) along with old food in the fridge. We did not receive any feedback from the company contact until Monday when we were leaving the rental. The Interhome representative even asked me if we left food out to cause the ants after being informed that the ants were present on our arrival (with a prior email to their office and pictures sent on a Friday night to back up our complaint). The ants were merely an inconvenience to have to deal with on vacation, but the Interhome reps did not so much as apologize. She actually had the gall to ask if I could spray an insecticide upon leaving. Isn't that their job??
Again, if you are looking for a sweet town to stay in this is definitely something you should consider. Just don't expect much other than what you can do for yourself.

Schönes geschmackvolles kleines Stadthaus mit gemütlicher Außenanlage und Pool
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem besonderen, immer schön kühlen, schön eingerichteten kleinen Haus am Rande der Berge. Insbesondere der harmonische Gartenbereich mit dem kleinen, aber feinen Pool hat unsere Seele trotz großer Hitze baumeln lassen. Das ein oder andere Inventar oder Möbelstück ist durch die Nutzung leicht in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Charme aber nicht unbedingt geschadet hat. Dennoch sollten die Spülmaschine und Matratzen aller Betten bei Gelegenheit mal erneuert werden.

Sa Teulera in Campanet
Fangen wir mit den negativen Dingen an:
- Thema WLAN ging gar nicht, habe den Verwalter des Ferienhauses daraufhin angerufen, der sagte mir zu, das jemand bezüglich des Internets vorbeikommen würde. Es kam aber niemand vorbei
-Thema Klimaanlage - im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Master Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 großen Einzelbetten zum Garten. Die Klimaanlage in diesem Raum konnte im Verhältnis zu den beiden anderen Klimaanlagen im Haus nur ein klägliches Lüftchen erzeugen. Meine Frau schlief daraufhin im Wohnzimmer.
- Thema Ameisenplage - Ganze Ameisenstrassen in der Küche und im Gartenbad sogar bei mir Bett haben wir am Morgen 5 Ameisen gesichtet - Esrt nachdem Einsatz von Ameisenpulver bekamen wir die Ameisenplage in den Griff - auch Housekeeping hat einige Ameisendosen im Bad verteilt.
- Thema Nachtruhe - leider bellten des Nachts häufiger in der Nachbarschaft einige Hunde
- Theam Geschirrspüler - leider würde das Geschirr bei Nutzung des Geschirrspülers nicht ganz sauber und musste manuel nachgereinigt werden
-Thema Wasserdruck - der Wasserdruck in den Hähnen und Duschen ist extrem gering. Mit anderen Worten man benötigt mehr Zeit zum Duschen und Waschen.
- Thema Treppenaufgang und Obergeschoss - bitte Vorsichtig sein und Kopf einziehen - Dachschrägen

- der kleine GartenPool wurde während unseren Aufenthaltes gereinigt und neubefüllt.
- bei Nutzung von Küche, Essplatz und Wohnzimmer keine Beanstandungen
- Gartenanlage und Gartenmöbel im gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden
- Parken vor dem Haus bzw. in der Nähe möglich
- 20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Mietwagen zum Muro Strand von Can Picafort
