If you like to enjoy your holidays in the outdoors, this villa is for you. The surrounding environment is idyllic to disconnect and enjoy Mallorca, the combination of stone laid one by one and a modern design, make this place special and comfortable. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, where you can relax surrounded by nature. Under the trees there is a dining area with barbecue, where you can enjoy great evenings outdoors.
The interior space is special, the atmosphere of freshness and combination between rural and modern is present in every corner of the house. On entering you will find a large dark olive table and the modern kitchen, equipped to perfection with toaster, filter coffee machine, kitchenware, utensils and many more things that will make your holidays easier. Two comfortable grey sofas are waiting for you to relax or watch TV with wifi connection overlooking the pool.
The 3 double bedrooms (two en-suite) are fully equipped with fitted wardrobes and comfortable mattresses for extra rest, air conditioning for hot days in each room. The 3 bathrooms are complete, one has a bathtub and the other 2 have showers.
The finca is located on the outskirts of Campanet and close to the villages of Búger and Sa Pobla, where you can find shops, exquisite restaurants and bars and good bakeries where you can buy Mallorcan specialities such as ensaïmadas. In the local markets of Campanet (Monday), Búger (Saturday), Sa Pobla (Sunday) or Alcúdia (Tuesday and Sunday) you can find fresh products to prepare delicious meals. The wonderful sandy beaches of Playa de Muro and Playa de Alcúdia are only 16 km away.
