Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus, dass etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 7 und 10 Jahren Ende Juni / Anfang Juli in Cambrils im Sommerurlaub! Die Umgebung war für uns perfekt, bis zum Strand sind es 500 Meter. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett von anderen Ferienhäusern umgeben und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strandabschnitt ist super gepflegt und ins Meer geht es seicht. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Duschen und eine Toilette (Dixi-Klo).Bis in den eigentlichen Ferienort Cambrils kann man an der Strandpromenade ohne Autoverkehr in ca 2 km laufen. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es direkt am Hotel. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist sehr sauber(das haben wir in Spanien auch schon anders erlebt...). Der Garten ist sehr grün, blickdicht und gepflegt. Wir fanden es toll, dass die Terrasse mit ausfahrbarer Markise zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar war. Es ist für 4 Personen sehr viel Platz. Im Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und alle Zimmer haben Deckenventilatoren. Im Badezimmer kommt nur ganz wenig Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn (Kalk?!) Im Haus befinden sich viele alte Steckdosen, die aber mit (vorhandenen!!!) Adaptern zu nutzen sind. Leider leider gibt es kein Wlan. Allgemein merkt man, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist zwar zweckmäßig, allerdings feht es an genügend Tassen und größeren Töpfen. Hier könnte auf jeden Fall nachgebessert werden. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Ferienhaus La Sorpresa!

Jolie maison mais des équipements à améliorer

Maison très agréable située dans un quartier résidentiel à 400 m de la plage. Tres bonne literie et jardin bien entretenu mais des équipements manquent : nous avons dû demander une bouilloire, une cafetière et un grille pain. Un seul jeu de clés trop juste pour une location pour 6 et la intrusion intempestive des jardiniers qui eux ont les clés un matin à 8h, dommage.

No había wifi, las cazuelas estaban viejas y no en muy buen estado. Se agradecería que hubiese estropajos, balletas, mas pastillas de lavavajillas... en la cocina. Si se anuncia que el salón tiene chimenea se supone que no es de "atrezzo"

Vacaciones en familia

Vacaciones muy tranquilas en el pasaje -A ya que estas aislado del paso continuo de coches., ademas periodicamente visita un vigilante con bicicleta muy amable, controlando la zona. Handicap , acceso a Internet cada vez mas necesario- Por cierto un 10 a Alex quien nos atendia cordialmente en cada momento Gracias.

Vacances en famille/amis

Villa très bien située dans un quartier calme et très proche de la mer. Logement spacieux et agréable pour 6 personnes et chambres spacieuses pouvant accueillir des lits parapluie pour bébé. Attention seule une des trois chambres isolées de la climatisation, les autres n’étant équipé de ventilateur.

fehlendes deutsches Fernsehen

Leider würde in der Beschreibung der Ausstattung nicht erwähnt, daß im vorhandenen TV nur spanische Programme empfangen werden können. Dies hat unsere Urlaubsqualität negativ beeinflusst. Keine Weiter Empfehlung unsererseits durch unkorrekte Angaben!
