To reach the beach, you only need to cross the garden and the promenade. Platja de l'Esquirol is between Salou and Cambrils and is perfect for families with children, offering calm waters and golden, fine sand. You will also enjoy all the services and amenities such as sunbed and umbrella rentals, a children's play area, showers every few meters, lifeguards, and beach bars where you can drink to quench your thirst or savour delicious local dishes.

· Living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a large island for cooking and dining. An air conditioning unit in the living room keeps the apartment cool. It also has a double sofa bed.

· Spacious terrace with a side view of the sea.

· Full bathroom with a shower.



GOOD TO KNOW



· Group reservations are not accepted.

· The building does not have an elevator. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

· Air conditioning only in the living room.

· Optimal capacity for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. But the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 people.

· The community has outdoor showers, an Andalusian-style courtyard with benches, a garden with a relaxation area, and bike parking.

· Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.

· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.







EXTRA:



It is a perfect area for a vacation with children. Just steps from your apartment, you have all kinds of shops and bus stops. During the summer months and within a short distance, you will find a small children's fair (Esquirol Park). The little ones will enjoy jumping on the inflatable mattresses, playing mini-golf, or riding electric bikes, among other attractions. There is also a bar where you can have a drink or dinner while the children play. For the more adventurous, there is the Wind Cambrils sailing school, where you can ride a hobby cat, practice windsurfing, and have fun on a banana boat, or paddleboard. And finally, paddle tennis enthusiasts are in luck because, on the Playa del Esquirol, there are courts for playing this sport. It's a luxury to play paddle tennis by the sea.
