Hello, the toilet was dirty, one of the bed sheets had hair, we didn't need it. The oven tray was dirty. Hot water in the kitchen sink it's random, sometimes it's hot others cold. The water in the shower is so scarce and without pressure that it makes it impossible to wash long air. Also there's a bad smell in bathroom, and dust all over the less visible places

Great location but needs a good clean

We stayed in flat 3 at the top of the property. The location is brilliant, only a 10 minute walk into central Cambridge. There are lots of great restaurants close by too The flat was only set up for 2 people and not 3 as stated on the booking so we had to ask for additional linen. The flat could do with a deep clean: there was mouldy fruit on the inside of the bin lid, the pull out sofa bed mattress had a good selection of stains on it, the kitchen area and units needs a really good clean down and the floor and stairs were not hoovered.

Non-car users only!

Booked on the understanding there was on-site parking (fee payable) only to discover on arrival that this was actually street parking which was limited to 2 hours between 9am & 5pm. Therefore we had to pay for multi storey parking 1st day and find alternative parking for other days. One of which was recommended by agents, free on-street parking but a considerable walking distance. The property was as expected but there were some issues of cleanliness. Very disappointing as were charged a £55 cleaning fee. Reported these immediately to agent and a response was quickly received. The bathroom is very small and the shower not much more than a dribble! The property is very close to a pub and we experienced a lot of noise and disturbance on the Friday night. Particularly concerning was someone banging on the window and so hard we were scared it would shatter. Being 2 females we were shaken by this experience. The location was ok - near a Co-op and many food outlets. A longish walk to city centre. I would imagine the property is let to students during term time.
