SPACE
The top floor penthouse has a modern lounge with a sofa bed, 2 single seater sofa chairs, SMART TV and open plan kitchen fitted with appliances including a gas hob with oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine/dryer.
There is high speed WIFI throughout the penthouse and a smart TV.
There is cutlery, pans, pots, wine / water glasses & crockery required for your visit. Tea-coffee is provided in the penthouse.
The kitchen also has a dining table with six chairs.
The L shaped balcony which runs across the penthouse with panoramic views of Cambridge overlooking the communal garden on one side and station on the other & is perfect for having morning tea or coffee or a glass of champagne in the evening.
There are two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and with large double beds in both the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en suite attached to it and there is also a family bathroom with a large bath and 2 well pressured ceiling / hand showers.
The penthouse is furnished with modern furniture and is maintained to a very high standard with under floor heating and double glazing ensuring full privacy & security.
GUEST ACCESS
Our guests will have full private access to the entire penthouse, balcony and paid private parking space as well as shared access to the development's green spaces.

The penthouse is 2 minutes away from train station, Microsoft office, station square shops, restaurants and bars; 5 minutes from botanical garden, 5 minutes from bus stop with buses connecting all parts of Cambridge; 5 minutes from leisure centre; 10 minutes walk to historic town centre, beautiful colleges, churches, parks & river and 10 minutes drive to Addenbrokes hospital, biomedical campus and Papworth hospital.
The flat is 10 mins drive to Country park, Woods and Byron Pool, one of the most pleasant woodland sites which offers a lovely circular walk next to the River Cam.
