Our apartment is 5 mins walk to Cam river, 5 mins drive to Cambridge city centre, Tesco, ASDA and retail park.
Ideal for families & professionals, the apartment benefits from tastefully designed interiors, bright rooms, big windows, and an allocated onsite free parking bay.
The apartment has a lounge with open plan kitchen and a balcony overlooking greens and a brook, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink in the evening!
The lounge has a TV, sofa bed, 2 executive chairs and brand new furniture. The kitchen is fully functional from day one and is fitted with appliances such as a gas hob with electric oven, fridge/freezer & microwave. There is cutlery, pots and pans, wine & water glasses required for your visit.
There is high speed WIFI available throughout the apartment.
The master bedroom has 2 single beds (can be converted to 1 king size bed), a wardrobe, bed side table with table lamp and an ensuite.
The second bedroom has 1 king size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds), 2 bed side tables with table lamps.
There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.
Lastly, there is an allocated parking bay available where one car can be parked!
