Wonderful place to stay. Only downside is being so close to the airport there are a lot of planes overhead all hours, but after a night or 2 I got used to it. Some fun places to eat and drink nearby and the train into town is very close. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

It is a very nicely renovated small hotel. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The room (a deluxe single room), however, was so small that one has difficulty opening up luggage. It will not work for customer with two luggages or luggage that opens up like a butterfly. No luggage stand was provided. Since there is no carpet, noise is enhanced and travels through the whole hallway. Many people came in late in the night talking with the staff, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The bathroom sink was so small that water was splashed on the floor every time when washing face. The plus side of the hotel is its proximity to supermarkets Aldi and Asda. It is also close to the Heathrow airpport, although the closeast tube station (Hounslow Central) does not have an elevator, that means one has to drag heavy luggage up and down the stair.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helped us arrange a taxi ride for early the next morning! The room was very clean and comfortable and the whole place appeared to be newly remodeled.
