The large garden and 'exposure ensure cool evenings and ventilated after a hot day at the beach. Everyone, young and old will love this old farmhouse in the countryside.
The house is on two floors, on the ground floor there are: the well-equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, manual and electric moka, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, cups, cutlery, etc .; bathroom with sanitary facilities with bathtub, shower and hairdryer; laundry area with washing machine and stack; lounge with sofa, two armchairs, television, VCR, CD player, Wi-Fi stereo connection, reading books and board games, outdoor games.
On the first floor there is a large 1 bedroom with three windows, a 2nd double bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds; bathroom with lavatory and shower.
The rooms have blankets and quilts. The cost of the house includes all expenses (light water, gas, linen and cleaning).
For those interested the Rustico Diana has an agreement with some bathing establishments organized with all comforts (bar, restaurant, children's area, etc.) that will make a 20% discount for the guests of the house.

We enyoid every day in the House

We were accepted realy nice from the owner. She bouth some food and beverages for us so we had no precure immediately to search for the market. All the time she gave us informations about the places we should visit. On the last day she even took our friends to the railway 😊

Unforgettable Days in Tuscany

Anna is the perfect host! There were so many little touches to make our stay memorable. A food gift basket was provided to get us started and each room was beautifully decorated. The property is immaculate and so so charming! You feel like you’ve stepped into the past with the manicured landscape and beautifully historic home. The views are spectacular! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the covered porch pavilion in Tuscany - just like in the movies. A big bonus is an outside shower with hot and cold, an outdoor gas cooktop plus a wood burning brick oven. The children loved the large lawn to play in and the property is completely fenced in. So many toys - foosball, a concrete ping pong table and many toys and games in the bench long toy box. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. We travelled all over Europe and the days we spent at Anna’s property were the best days ever. We wish we had spent more time there! We will next time!

Tuscany flair at its best

Our journey started with one of the best welcoming ever. After a long hot trip Anna prepared ice-cream for the kids! The location was perfect for us. Away enough from noise and not far from beach, shopping centres and highway. The house exterior is beautiful! The garden are perfectly maintained which was an added value to our stay and a perfect place to read a book and look at the flowers and pine trees. The inside was as nice and rustic as the outside. The 2 stories were clean. Sheets and towels well and nicely prepared, windows are meshed and the house has 2 complete toilettes. The kitchen is very good equipped and has a big table. It had all what we needed from tableware to electro appliances. The terrace has a big table too and its own stove that we used all the time to cook in free air. Kids and parent enjoyed the stay!

A perfect Tuscany holiday

We had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers and dog. The house was really perfect, a beautiful garden with great mountain view. 2 bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom, and a nice room for the boys that overlooked the garden. The house is really complete, all you have to bring is your clothes and toiletries. The host, Anna, is also really nice, we received a very warm welcome, with a basket filled with wine, pasta, cookies and more. Also there was soda in the refrigerator. However it is not only the house and our lovely host, but also the location. There is so much to see and do that we really have to return again to see more of the environment. The Tuscany highlights are all in short driving distance, sometimes only 10 minutes, usually not more than abt 30 minutes drive. We have been to Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa, we have visited the Corchia caves, we rented a Kajak to see lake Massaciucolli. Also we visited Vernaza, one of the beautiful villages of Cinque Terre. Furthermore the beach is very close to the house and there are great restaurant just around the corner. All in all a perfect holiday, also for our teenagers and dog and a house we will definitely return to. Thanks again Anna!

Toller Toskana Urlaub!

Wir sind als Familie verreist. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung! Für die Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, was nicht immer üblich ist. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und sogar für den ersten Tag für uns eingekauft! Danke Anna! Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, zum Strand braucht es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. In Camaiore gibt es Cafés, Restaurants und auch Bäcker. Alles was man braucht.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt war von Minute Eins an super schön.Anna empfang uns mit einem Präsentkorb voll von leckeren Köstlichkeiten. Das Haus mit grandiosem Garten und Außenküche und Dusche ist einfach historisch schön.Wir haben es genossen und Anna als eine sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Person kennengelernt.Lage und Ruhe ist entspannend und vom ersten Tag Erholung pur ist garantiert.Wir können besonders für Hundebesitzer diese Location wärmstens empfehlen.Es ist jeden Euro wert.Danke Anna - wir sehen uns bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder….

Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet, mit guten Betten und eine wunderschöne Küche. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und immer erreichbar. Der Garten ist so perfekt angelegt, dass man nicht unbedingt ans Meer gehen musste.

Einfach wundervoll

Wir waren von Anfang an herzlich willkommen. Konnten das Objekt sogar spontan früher beziehen. Wenn wir etwas brauchten haben die Vermieter uns das umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt. Das grosse Haus mit seinem Umschwung war einfach toll für alle: Hunde und Kinder. Es hat eine Gartendusche welche Abkühlung verspricht und auch sehr praktisch ist, wenn man vom Strand zurückkommt. Die Vermieter haben alles detailliert erklärt und viele tolle Infos aufgeschrieben. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, sogar Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Alles in allem einfach ein Traum. Nahe vom Meer und alles hat gepasst. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen wundervollen Urlaub.

Tolles Feriendomizil

Die Villa Rustico Diana ist ein freistehendes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Der riesige, gepflegte Garten und die vielen überdachten Sitzplätze laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Anna war schon im Vorfeld einmalig. Wir wurden dann von Anna herzlich empfangen und waren von ihrer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Art begeistert. Bei unserer Abreise nach nur einer Woche war es für uns wie ein Abschied von Freunden. Danke Anna für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt in der Rustico Diana sehr genossen. Wir hatten 3 Tage immer wieder Regen, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem, da der überdachte Freisitz es trotzdem möglich machte, draußen zu sitzen. Die Jungs hatten viel Spaß bei Tischtennis spielen und der wirklich große und gepflegte Garten war perfekt für uns. Unsere Hündin konnte im komplett eingezäunten Bereich auch frei bewegen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Küche außen und den Grill haben wir genutzt. Die Vermieterin Anna ist absolut freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der Korb mit Lebensmitteln zur Begrüßung war sehr üppig. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir werden im nächsten Jahr sehr gerne wieder kommen!!!

Entspannter Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Anna. Das Haus war perfekt vorbereitet, alle Wasch- und Putzmittel waren vorhanden und eine Erstversorgung mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken durch Anna bereitgestellt, um die Zeit bis zum ersten Einkauf zu überbrücken. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan, sind aber total unaufdringlich und innerhalb weniger Minuten zur Stelle bei Bedarf. Das Grundstück ist perfekt auch für große Hunde eingezäunt.

14 Tage Toskana - besser geht es kaum

Die Villa hat alles für einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Toskana. Drei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, zwei Bäder (mit Waschnecken, Dusch und Klo), einer Überdachten Außenterrasse, Sonnenliegen, Tischtennisplatte, einen super Garten.... Aber das wirklich beste an diesem Haus, ist Anna unsere Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt direkt im Nachbarhaus und war immer sofort zur Stelle, falls es mal irgendwo nicht rund lief. Beispiele: Die Waschmaschine wollte auf einmal nicht mehr, anscheinend eine defekte Steckdose. In weniger als 10 Minuten wurde eine andere genommen (Verlängerungskabel und Adapter hatte Anna zufällig zur Hand). Noch viel wichtiger, sie hat uns bei vielen privaten Themen geholfen, z.B. bei Reservierungen in Restaurants (wir sprechen leider kein Italienisch) oder bzgl. der Standliegen. Es gibt auch einige Fahrräder, allerdings sind wir damit nie gefahren, was eher an den fehlenden Fahrradwegen lag. Wir wurden mit einem recht vollen Begrüßungskorb empfangen, Nudeln, Pesto, Öl, Tomatensoße, Kekse, Wasser.... Alles um den ersten Abend gut zu überstehen. Leider liegt die Villa in der Toskana, wodurch man recht wenige Tage (eigentlich gar keinen) im/am Haus verweilt. Wenn man sich keine Tour vorgenommen hat (wie z.B. Lucca, Florenz, Pisa, ....), dann geht man an den Strand. Aber ist das jetzt wirklich ein Nachteil? Ich denke nicht. So was wären denn negatives zu erwähnen? Eigentlich nur die vielen Mücken, die man im Garten antrifft, da die Villa an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter hat.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana. Der große Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir kamen mal wieder zum Tischtennis spielen und kickern. Am Strand bei Luigi gab es sehr leckeren Cappuccino und die Städte Pisa und Lucca sind auch gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub

Tolles Haus

Schönes Rustico, Toskana Style, klassisch eingerichtet, mit zwei Bäder und Außendusche ! die wir genossen haben. Riesiger Garten. Entfernung zum Strand war uns aufgrund der befahrenen Straße mit den Rädern ein Tick zu weit und sind dann doch eher mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren, was wir eigentlich nicht vor hatten. Landwirtschaftlich geprägt in der direkten Umgebung.

Der perfekte Familienurlaub

Wir sind im Juli 2022 als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Baby für eine Woche eingecheckt und hatten einen rundum tollen Urlaub. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus ist sehr sauber und verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen. Alles entsprach den Angaben oder diese wurden übertroffen. Die Badezimmer und das gesamte Haus sind sehr sauber, die Betten super bequem, die Klimaanlage einwandfrei , die Mückengitter vor allen Fenstern halten Ungeziefer draußen. Besonders positiv ist aber die Kommunikation vor Ort und vorher/nachher mit der Vermieterin Anna. Sie wohnt nebenan, spricht englisch und ist mit jeder Anfrage herzlich und freundlich umgegangen. Es war richtig freundschaftlich. Dabei niemals aufdringlich, auch wenn der Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnt, ist man absolut für sich alleine. Absolute Empfehlung, gerne ganz bald wieder.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten vom ersten Tag einen super Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus, was auch an der netten Vermieterin und dem tollen Empfangskorb lag. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der Blick von der Terrasse in die Berge ist ein echter Traum, den wir sehr vermissen werden und auch das abendliche Tischtennisspiel hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten

Anna ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Alles sauber und gepflegt, gute Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Garten ist ein Traum. Unser Mops hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage auch recht gut, nicht zu weit zum Meer und allgemein relativ ruhig. Wird nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen sein. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.
