Great Host

The property is really nice and the host pays a lot of attention to the details in terms of making guests welcome. All basic supplies are at the house with a welcome basket including fruits, water and a Prosecco! Very thoughtful. The big disappointment for us was the location as the pin on the map is nowhere near the actual location and I made the mistake not to double check the address for accuracy. We have been many times to Lido Di Camaiore and would certainly not stay near the highway and Trainline. Hence, this was a big disappointment as we didn’t expect to have to take the car for everything. House and garden is otherwise recommendedable.

Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war in Ordnung, man braucht allerdings dringend ein Auto, da es zum Strand, zu Restaurants und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sonst fußläufig sehr weit ist.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist auch wunderbar für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet (ab 2J).Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und auch immer ansprechbar, falls es Probleme geben sollte. Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch oder Italienisch sind hier jedoch sehr vorteilhaft.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, eine schöne Atmosphäre, viel Platz, und es war alles da, was man braucht. Als störend haben wir nur die nahe gelegene Schnellstraße empfunden. Der Verkehr rauscht Tag und Nacht. Auch die direkten Grundstücke, also die direkte Umgebung ist nicht sehr schön. Dafür sind wunderschöne Orte und Strände in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen.

Casa molto bella e attrezzata con un bel giardino adatto ai più piccoli. Possibilità di cenare all’aperto sotto il patio. Casa fresca di notte. I proprietari sono gentilissimi sia all’accoglienza sia durante il soggiorno per tutte le necessità. Non troppo vicino al mare, necessaria la macchina per gli spostamenti. Consigliato scegliere bagni attrezzati con parcheggio per non avere problemi di posteggio. Bel soggiorno

Eine tolle Zeit in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von den Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus wohlgefühlt. An alles wurde gedacht, im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Prosecco und frisches Obst auf dem Tisch. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr günstiger Lage für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca oder die Cinque Terre. Auch der Strand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum! Es ist absolut ruhig dort. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 5 Personen sehr genossen.

Très jolie villa autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis. Ils avaient mis à notre disposition tout le nécessaire dans les salles de bains (brosses à dents, dentifrice, gel douche…) et également tout le nécessaire pour le nettoyage et l’entretien de la maison. Tout était parfais. Une bouteille de Prosecco nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur et lors de notre départ le propriétaire nous a emmené des viennoiseries. Nous avons adoré la terrasse, la salle de bain supplémentaire à l’extérieur avec à l’extérieur un coin pour laver le linge (comme au temps de nos grands mères). Les petits bémols, le sol de la terrasse en grès qui tache énormément (j’espère l’avoir nettoyer correctement car ce n’étais pas évident)et le gros bémol, sur l’annonce l’adresse ne correspond pas. Il est noté Via Saba (10 minutes à pied de la mer) alors que l’adresse est Via Umberto Saba (40 à pieds de la mer). Une partie du groupe a loué des vélos et l’autre partie prenait les autos pour ce rendre au bord de la mer, Pas très évident pour se garer (parking payant ou pas de place dans les ruelles). Je tiens à remercier et à féliciter les propriétaires pour nous avoir fait passer un très bon séjour à Lido di Camaiore. Je recommande vivement.

Als das Tor aufging, hüpfte mein Herz. Ein superschönes Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem Kind und einem kleinen Hund dort und es war absolut ausreichend vom Platz. Wir haben die Abende oft auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht und gegrillt. Bäckerei mit Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs und Apotheke fussläufig, für alles andere nimmt man besser Fahrrad oder Auto, was aber vor allem an nicht vorhandenen Bürgersteigen liegt und uns nie abhalten würde wieder zu buchen. Es lohnt sich in jedem Fall und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in questa bellissima villetta io e la mia famiglia La distanza dal mare è 10 minuti in bicicletta, la zona è tranquilla e ventilata, il giardino perfetto, bellissimo il patio per godersi la cena in compagnia. Carlo e Fiammetta sempre disponibili, gentili e oltremodo carini, soprattutto con mio fratello! 100% consigliato!

Casa molto bella, pulita e ben arredata. I proprietari sono stati estremamente attenti su ogni particolare e nel giorno di partenza ci hanno portato dei pasticcini. La casa è un po distante dal mare, quindi serve utilizzare l'auto oppure delle bici, ma può dimostrarsi perfetta per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e riservato.

VILLA MERAVIGLIOSA

Ciao, siamo arrivati in anticipo e siamo stati accolti con super cordialità. La proprietaria ci ha spiegato perfettamente tutto quello che c'era da sapere sulla villa, la lavatrice non funzionava e il giorno seguente ne hanno portata una nuova subito !!! La villa è ancora più bella dal vivo che nelle foto, viverla una settimana con i miei amici è stato meraviglioso, assolutamente pulita e ordinata in tutte le sue cose, il bagno esterno nella casetta di legno è una bellezza e comodità unica. Durante la settimana ho chiesto alla proprietaria informazioni dove acquistare carne da fare hai ferri e mi ha consigliato molto bene, poi un consiglio dove mangiare carne toscana è mi ha suggerito un ristorante veramente ottimo !!! Una settimana perfetta in una villa perfetta, grazie mille dell'ospitalità e della gentilezza dei proprietari. Grazie mille Ruggero.
