This modern and comfortably furnished villa is quietly located near the medieval village of Camaiore on a beautiful garden surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The villa has been recently refurbished. The rooms are located in the terraced house in the upper part. Thanks to its slightly elevated position, the large breakfast terrace offers a unique panoramic view of the nearby mountains. Here you can also enjoy long barbecues. The village of Camaiore attracts with its narrow streets, where you will find numerous trattorias and small shops. In just A 20-minute drive takes you to the endless white sandy beaches of the long coastline, which promise carefree days by the sea.There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the loose palm promenade. Details: 1 bottle of wine on arrival WiFi Activities in the area: Marvel at the high city walls of Lucca and stroll the narrow streets many small shops. A bike ride on the high city walls is worthwhile. Then you can go around the whole city once. Also don't miss a day trip to Florence, where you can get inspired by art and culture not suitable for people with reduced mobility

ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einer spektakulären Aussicht. Paola, die Besitzerin, ist freundlich und gastfreundlich. Das Haus war super sauber, allerdings knarrt das Doppelbett und ist nicht hundertprozentig bequem. Im Übrigen Top-Lage für einen tollen Urlaub.

Das Haus bietet alles, könnte aber in allen Bereichen deutlich besser sein. Man muss sagen, dass die Sanitäranlagen sehr ordentlich aussehen, allerdings muss die Dusche ausgetauscht werden und es kommt nur sehr wenig Wasser heraus. Die Küche könnte definitiv eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Das Bett knarrt und quietscht von allen Seiten. Die Sonnenliegen draußen sind gut, wenn auch etwas hart, aber ich denke, das liegt daran, dass sie noch ziemlich neu sind. Der Rest der Gartenmöbel weint einfach nur. Genau wie die Esszimmerstühle im Inneren. Im Übrigen eine Oase der Ruhe, wenn man die Geräusche des Dorfes um einen herum ein wenig abschirmen kann.

Tolles Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist da, vor allem in der Küche. Guter Gaskamin und Ofen. Gute Betten, nur das Doppelbett knarrt. Überall sind Insektenschutzgitter vorhanden (außer an der Tür, die einen Fliegengitter gebrauchen könnte). In der Dusche haben wir eine Ablage für die Duschutensilien vermisst. Rauchmelder sind nicht vorhanden. Jeden Tag sind sie mit Rasenmähern beschäftigt. Das kann als störend empfunden werden.
