"Casa dell'Olivo" is a house of about 110sqm in typical Tuscan style with an original rustic style but recently renovated with all comforts.
The house offers: two double bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with air conditioning and double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, etc.), wifi and laundry. In the house there are also a baby bed and high chair.
The house has a fully recited garden suitable for dogs and is equipped with BBQ, table, chairs, armchairs, umbrella and sun loungers.

The location is ideal for:
- beach holidays, 10 km away you can reach the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, or of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta
- cultural holidays, at 34 km you reach Lucca, at 37 km Pisa and at 109 Florence.
- sports / naturalistic holidays, directly from the house or in the nearby Apuan Alps mountains it is possible to do trekking and mountain-bike activities

A home from home in beautiful Northern Tuscany

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa dell' Olivo. The house is in a beautiful location with fantastic views across the valley & is fully equipped with everything needed for a holiday. Jennifer was very friendly & helpful both before we arrived & whilst we were there. We were made to feel welcome & the goodies left for us - wine, limoncello, lemon marmalade & home grown fruit - were very much appreciated. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit - Lucca, Camaiore including the Lido, Montecatini Terme & Montecatini Alto, the mountain villages above Lucca etc. If we ever return to this part of Italy, this property will be our first choice & we will be recommending it to our friends & family. Das Haus war sehr schön, so wie erwartet.Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war das die Heizung nicht ging. Dies war im Oktober schon etwas frisch. Hätte ich es vorher gewusst, hätte ich diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht.

Nicht nur zum Entspannen

Schönes Haus in den Hügeln oberhalb Camaiores gelegen. Sehr sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ideal für 4 Personen als Stützpunkt zum Baden, Wandern und für Kulturtrips. Jennifer hat uns ganz nett empfangen und war stets tel. erreichbar.

Tolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Camaiore sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und bietet alles was man braucht. Es ist zudem liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Auch für Hundebesitzer top, da es einen eingezäunten Garten besitzt. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Tolle Gegend mit Bergen und Meer!

Ein landestypisches Kleinod in den Bergen von Camaiore

Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Ortschaft in fen Bergen. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier richtig. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Jennifer und Simone sind sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die uns herzlich empfangen haben. Die Kommunikation war bereits im Vorfeld super unkompliziert. Das Haus ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und mit Herz eingerichtet. Auch unser Hund hat sich in Haus und Garten (der weglaufsicher eingezäunt ist) pudelwohl gefühlt. Städte, Strand und Wanderwege in die Berge liegen sozusagen vor der Haustür und sind problemlos zu erreichen. Wir sagen danke und können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit der Auswahl dieses Hauses mehr als zufrieden. Hier ist die Liebe zum Detail überall zu sehen. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und hat einen sehr hohen Standard. Traumhafte Lage mit wunderschönem Blick bishin zum Meer. Hier haben die Besitzer und Vermieter wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!! Tausend Dank nochmals!! Grazie!!!!!!!

Una settimana in una tipica casa toscana...in pietra e in legno.... totalmente ideale per relax.... tranquillità.... Inoltre la casa dispone di ogni comodità possa servire..... lettini per il sole.... dondolo..... bracere....zona lavanderia....e quello che per me è stato il top....avere condizionatori in ogni stanza della casa.... Anche la proprietaria.....gentile.... ragionevole ..... pronta a dare info..... e con grande discrezione per tutta la settimana..... Se tornerò in quelle zone..... ritornerò sicuramente qui....dove regna il vero riposo

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieter. Bei Fragen konnte man sie zu jeder Zeit erreichen. Im Haus gute Ortsbeschreibung mit Adressen für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Öffnungszeiten, Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Auch die Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem ist dieses Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren 👍🏼

Das Haus war super ! Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Jennifer war immer für uns da. Ihre Familie ist sehr gastfreundlich. Die Mama hat uns am einem Abend Lasagne mitgebracht und den Hauswein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Ruhige Lage und schöne Natur - perfekter Urlaub !

Animali fantastici e dove trovarli

La casa di Jennifer è posta in alto sopra Camaiore, su una salita tra le più ripide che abbia mai percorso, ma ripaga con una vista meravigliosa e una tranquillità assoluta: persino un'anziana volpe dalla coda lunghissima di tanto in tanto si presentava da noi la sera, per nulla intimorita della nostra presenza. Casa in condizioni perfette, ben più spaziosa di quel che sembra dalle foto. Posizione fantastica. Stra-consigliata.
