**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!

Please Note:
To help us with proper waste management, kindly make sure to separate garbage, recycling, and compost into the appropriate bins. We’ve noticed that sometimes items are thrown into the wrong bins by mistake. Non-compliance will incur a $250 charge

Sanitary products and wipes must go in the bin provided.
Plumbing damage due to improper disposal may result in a charge.

Disliked: Cleanliness
To say this stay was very disappointing is an understatement. This could be a very nice propery but it is very poorly maintined.- 3 of 8 dining room chairs were broken- Dried contact lenses on the floor in the upstairs bathroom- Heating register cover collapsed- Ice maker in the fridge was clogged with ice so when we try to use it, the ice sprays all over the floor. My brother spent time trying to unclog it- the stove top is covered in burnt on food and oven is disgusting- Leftover food in the fridge and freezer- Carpets in upstairs bedrooms are stained- Bedding in upstairs bedroom is stained- Garage door code not working- Sheets on beds were not clean ie there was hair on the pillows- Hair, dirt and mold in the bathrooms- Dishwasher not properly installed- sticks out into the traffic lane around the sink- Toilet seats were loose in 2 bathroomsThe kitchen is well equipped but the lack of maintenance makes this a very, very poor experience. I will not book with VRBO again unless you can assure me that the properties you advertise are clean and appropriately maintained.
