Hotel appeared nice and promising from lobby however once we got to our room (2 Queen suite with sofa) - there was dried/crusted stuff on side of nightstand and under bed. There was hair in our bedding, that did not belong to any of us, and not just like 1 random piece. Bathtub was dirty, mold was visible on the roof and dirt piled on bathroom counter corners. A random piece of cardboard fell out of our folded, clean towel. Pool area floor was dirty with visible dirt marks all over. I typically am an easy going traveler and have never given such a poor review in my life. My son fell asleep quite early after a long day of travel, and I booked via Expedia so I was worried I would be out the $400 I paid for the room for the night - otherwise I would have packed up my family and left. Again, I am hesitantly writing this, hoping it was a one-off but it was just such a disappointment.

Lamp in front room did not work. We were in the dark first night. Window leaked terribly from rain. My luggage got all wet. Area around window was soaked. Mold in bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner were watered down. Room 318 was terrible. We stayed in a different room at a different time, and that experience was absolutely fine. But this time around was terrible.
