It is distributed on the ground floor with a patio equipped with outdoor furniture. It has three bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed for two people plus a single bed. There are two complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a free parking space. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
