Front desk failure

Check-in did not use reservation #, next day locked us out of room said we didn’t pay. Had to pay again to get room opened. Showed receipts from hotels.com and credit card. Would not refund. Wasted 3 hours of vacation trying to solve their errors.

Infelizmente tivemos uma experiência ruim. No atendimento não fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados pelo recepcionista. Em relação ao apartamento, muitos móveis estavam com defeito, a cama estava quebrada, as cadeiras danificadas, telefone não funcionova. No quarto não tinha toalhas e nem papel higiênico; solicitamos a troca da roupa de cama, pois estava com uma mancha estranha (sujo), trouxeram outros e nem se importaram em trocar ou pelo menos retirar do quarto. A limpeza das piscinas também deixaram a desejar, utilizavam apenas a redinha para tirar as sujeiras da superfície e jogaram cloro, mesmo com as pessoas dentro da piscina, em 3 dias não observamos a piscina ser esvaziadas para limpar. O café da manhã foi bom, a localização é boa, o hotel silencioso, porém não retornaremos e nem indicamos.

Flat 716 com necessidade de manutenção/reparos

Hotel bem localizado, Hot Park a 10 minutos de caminhada. Café da manha com muita variedade e espaço amplo. O flat 716 tem um problema na porta da varanda a qual vibra o tempo todo atrapalhando o sono devido ao alto barulho do vento batendo. A energia não suporta uma churrasqueira eletrica pequena desarmando o disjuntor. A geladeira está com o pe quebrado causando risco de queda. Fora isso o local é super agradavel e atente bem a todas as necessidades.

Flat não muito novo, porém bem conservado. Limpeza muito boa no apartamento, nas piscinas e áreas comuns. Café da manhã fraco/ruim, mas as porções do bar são boas. Funcionários dispostos, mas fica a impressão de "faltar gerência".

Muito satisfeito.

Ficamos no hotel apenas uma noite. No dia seguinte tomamos café (ótimo café da manhã) e em seguida fomos embora. Pelo pouco tempo da estadia, ficou uma boa impressão do local. Destaque para a honestidade e presteza da recepcionista que me telefonou comunicando do esquecimento de uma correntinha que a camareira encontrou no quarto após a nossa saída. Parabéns para as duas! Precisamos de pessoas honestas assim, para um mundo melhor.
