O quarto possui uma cama de casal muito dura, bem desconfortável. O chuveiro do banheiro é bem ruim tb, a água ou fica quente demais ou é fria. Tivemos que tomar banho frios, por a água quente ser insuportável.

O quarto precisa urgente de reforma: regular o aparelho de ar condicionado; substituir o box do banheiro que está mofado; os colchões de solteiro estão desgastado; e substituir o chuveiro.

A boa vontade e a empatia são fundamentais.

Era para ser uma viagem inesquecível em comemoração aos meu 10 anos de casamento,mas infelizmente a recepção do hotel é péssima, não sei se eles são treinados para ignorar os visitantes que fazem reservas por sites.

foi muito boa , area de lazer sempre o maximo, tirando que eles deixam para limpar , trocar agua das piscinas bem nos dias de mais movimentos, feriados e fins de semana, isso aconteceu nos 3 hoteis do grupo gold dolfh, falta de planejamento, sabendo que tem mais gente finais de semana e feriados, e todos vão a procura das piscinas , teria que deixar todas disponiveis , todos os dias , pagar funcionarios fazer trocas de agua noite, toboagua para crianças, no express tbm mais fechado que funcionando, algo para se pensar, pois vamos de muito longe todos os anos e todos contam com as piscinas igual mostra nas propagandas , fotos.

Estabelecimento bom,tem que prestar muita atenção na compra o mesmo que paguei 5 dias 850,00 tinha gente hospedada no mesmo quarto por 350,00,quanto ao estacionamento do hotel que é imenso vc tem que pagar para guardar o carro,valeu o passeio mas não volto mais tem várias outras opções bem melhor com custo menor

Hospedagem péssima.

A qualidade do hotel caiu bastante se comparado a última vez que eu me hospedei. O apartamento não tem nada demais, o controle da TV estava com problema, ar condicionado super antigo e nem ducha higiênica tinha. Muito barulho durante a madrugada por causa de um semáforo instalado nas proximidades do hotel.Com certeza não voltarei.

Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. Quarto amplo, claro, varanda,e um excelente cardápio nas refeições do restaurante. Gostaríamos de piscinas com profundidade de 1,40 m, já que todas as existentes são de 1,20 m o que não favorece aos movimentos da hidroginastica, praticada diariamente por nós. Crianças jogando bola nas piscinas incomodaram bastante, e, não vi nenhum funcionário agindo para inibir. Bebidas não são permitidas serem usadas na borda das piscinas, mas é o que mais vi no local, mesmo com placas sinalizando a proibição.
