Adorei o atendimento dos funcionários. O cafe da manha é excelente!!! Camas confortáveis, quartos limpos, tive apenas um problema que o ar condicionado do meu quarto estava sem a "pá" que direciona o ar, mas prontamente o hotel me ouviu e me trocou de quarto.

Normal, iria de novo só pelo atendimento.

Foi bom, só a estrutura muito antiga, janelas escorrendo ferrugem. Porta da sacada travando. TV não é Smart tem que assistir TV aberta. Mas, vale a pena, inclusive ficaria de novo.

Olha, assim que chegamos já fiquei chateada por conta de não nos deixarem entrar com nenhuma comida ou bebida para os quartos. Eu entendo que a maioria dos hotéis restrinjam algumas coisas mas daí a não deixar entrar com água no quarto. Realmente não gostei disso. Sempre divido nossas hospedagens em 2 hotéis diferentes com a intende conhecer um novo lugar. Quando gosto do lugar, mantenho , e busco um novo pra realmente conhecer hotéis diversos. Nas últimas 3 vezes em caldas ( vamos em média 2x ao ano pra lá) temos ficado em um hotel que tem opção de pensão completa e simplesmente é maravilhoso. Já que ele também se encontra mais distante do centro . Porém , mesmo assim o hotel não impede que levemos comida para o quarto. Pelo contrário. Tem cozinha no apartamento. Mas mesmo assim optamos por pensão completa pela comodidade, e qualidade das refeições e levamos água, sucos, relatos e outras besteiras pra beliscar no quarto. Nunca fomos impedidos. Nesse hotel em questão tivemos essa situação que me deixou frustrada. Mas vamos aos pontos positivos: A recepcionista foi super educada, como também os demais atendentes nas piscinas, no restaurante etc Me surpreendi positivamente com o café da manhã. Eu que tenho intolerância a lactose e a glúten , imaginem a dificuldade que tenho. E eles tem muitas opções zerolac( um dos motivos de eu ter ficado chateada de não poder levar nada para o quarto. Tambem não tomo refrigerante nem suco artificial...então dificultaram minha vida )

Lugar bem tranquilo. Área com muito verde e piscinas boas. Pode ficar nas piscinas ate 00hs. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Limpeza dos quartos são diárias, trocam todos os dias as toalhas. Quarto tem um espaço bom. A televisão não tinha muitos canais disponíveis. Café da manhã bom. Porém não pode entrar com nenhum tipo de bebidas ou comidas. Acho que poderiam deixar pelo menos entrar com água, porque lá dentro os preços são um pouco caros. Uma garrafinha de água era 4 reais. Acaba que a gente bebe pouca água e isso é ruim para a hidratação. E também achei que o parque aquático infantil poderia ter uma reforma, os escorregadores estão um pouco gastos. Fora isso foi uma boa estadia, descansamos muito.
