Located in the prestigious Brunswick Golf and resort and it’s 27 holes golf course. 2 double beds with FULL kitchen. Beautiful view of the golf course from the balcony. Washer and dryer on unit. Close to supermarkets, beaches and North Myrtle Beach. Secluded but very convenient. McDonald’s, Subway, Chinese and Italian restaurants as well as CVS and Dollar general less than 7 minutes away. *Important: Third floor, no elevator. Renters with a lease term of less than a year may only use the pools on weekdays during the months of June, July and August per the association guidelines.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
