The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were so kind and helpful. The included breakfast was huge! It was served on the rooftop, and when you can sit and look at the pyramids close by, it is surreal. We enjoyed our balcony at night. Even though there is a lot of business going on outside, it is interesting to see the life going on. It is not a clean neighborhood like the hotel, but safe. The bed was hard for our liking but the room was huge! The same with the bathroom. The AC was plenty cold for the high temps and there was a lot of storage space. My husband and I are fit, but make sure you arrange for a lower floor room if you are not as there is no elevator. The boys brought our bags up and down the 4 flights and were so accommodating in getting us ice and water. You need to make sure to get the arrangements down for the hotel pick up. I did work on it and sent a picture of my husband and I and how our driver found us. The Cairo Airport arrivals are complete chaos so you need to make sure you are found. Overall, this was convenient and a few minutes to the Giza Pyramid Plaza entrance and about 10 minutes to the Grand Egyptian Museum, also a must see.

Excellent hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always helpful and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Review: NUT Hotel – Aswan, Egypt You truly get what you pay for at this hotel. The room we were given had been recently renovated, but it was obvious the work wasn’t finished. The small details were missing: the mirrors and windows were dirty, there was no top sheet on the bed, and they didn’t provide sheets for the child’s bed. The bathroom had used soap bottles and overall felt unsanitary. The location is only a couple of blocks from the pyramids, and you can barely see them from the window. The surrounding area is extremely chaotic—dirty, loud, lots of donkeys, lots of trash. Despite that, we actually felt very safe the entire time. If you’re looking for a very low‑cost stay that is semi‑clean and safe, this place might work. The staff were genuinely very kind and helpful, which was the best part of the experience.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel, Ali, and the entire staff. Even before I arrived, Ali was incredibly helpful with setting up tours during my stay in Giza and gave me great recommendations for food and things to do. The breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary water bottles and overall service were truly appreciated. Samy and the rest of the team were also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I never had to worry about a thing. Not only is the location fantastic, but the view is absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza, and I hope to be back again!

From my initial reservation, the hotel was very fast to respond to my inquiries. The operations manager, Zain, the morning staff (Alaaudeen), and the evening staff were very accommodating and professional. Traveling to Egypt for the first time with a family of 6, they helped me plan my daily activities and made recommendations for places to eat and other things to do. The rooms were very clean, and a mini-refrigerator, A/C, and flat-screen TV were available. The view of the pyramids was the highlight. On the rooftop, you can sit and have breakfast, or in the evening, have drinks and relax while taking in the panoramic view of the pyramids. It is a very busy area but extremely safe. The hotel owners were also present, making sure guests were satisfied. The managers were very supportive of the staff and seemed very much like a family running a 12-room hotel. My family and I highly recommend Nut Pyramid as your hotel selection when visiting Cairo Egypt! You won't regret it.

The hotel is ideally located, just a five-minute walk to the Pyramid Complex via the back entrance. It is a small boutique hotel that offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel efficiently arranged the airport shuttle pickup. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, and all staff members spoke excellent English. Aya at the front office demonstrated outstanding communication skills, and the Operations Manager, Zain, did an excellent job in making our family feel genuinely welcomed. The entire team was consistently courteous and always smiling throughout our stay. The rooftop breakfast was excellent and offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the pyramids.

コストパフォーマンスが良い、ルーフトップからのピラミッドビューがとても素敵な宿でした。 ・3泊以上すると、無料で空港からのシャトルサービスがあります。深夜の到着だったので、安心して宿まで到着できました。 ・なんといっても、ルーフトップでピラミッドを眺めながらの朝食は、とても贅沢な時間でした。朝食もおいしかったです。搾りたてのオレンジジュースやカプチーノも良かった。 ・早めの夕食を近くのローカル食堂でテイクアウトして、ここのルーフトップで食べました。冬だったのでサンセットは16：20くらいで、ピラミッドに沈む夕日を楽しめました。 ・スタッフの方が優しくフレンドリーで、Uberの予約で困ったときに、アラビア語で対応するから困ったら言ってね、と助けてくれました。 ・設備は少し古めですが、困ったことがあればすぐに対応してくれました。 家族で安心したステイを楽しむことができました。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！

The staff at the property are beyond nice. They were always smiling and acknowledged you. Just remember what part of the world you are. The area around the hotel was poor but did not feel unafe at night. There is however a lot of garbage around the hotel area and it smells. The hotel could use a lot of TLC. Dont walk barefoot in the room since the floors are dirty and buckled. I am not going to lie, the bed had bugs. Little tiny what could have maybe been fleas but not sure. They didnt leave bite marks but it was super gross. The hotel is like 350m or so from the pyramid entrance. Lots of places to eat and souvenir shop.
