Good manage good staff , perfect location Good overall , Water leak in toilet, reported to receptionist, she said a technician will be there soon to check it. 3 days later I checked out from room 104 toilet still leaking , no technician showed up.

Great Place to stay! Staff is really welcoming there and always smiling. Everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, money changes, shops..)is near and you can also order from your room and they will deliver you the goods.

The best thing in the hotel is the receptionist Ahmed, he is very helpful and supportive, because of his professional attitude I have extended my stay for couple of days. Other than Ahmed, location is amazing, in general very normal hotel and need to care more about breakfast and cleaning

سانزل في هافانا ثانية شكرا لكم وبالتوفيق

الفندق مريح هادئ الموظفين في منتهى العمل والتفاني والأمانة موقع الفندق ممتاز وقرب من أماكن عديدة بواسطة التكسي او الاوبر المحلات والتسوق والبنوك والصرافة كلها على بعد خطوات الفطار جيد ومتنوع ولو كنت أتمنى ان يمنع التدخين بتاتا في الكافيتريا احب ان اشكر الجميع وخصوصا الست هبة والست حسناء نقطة أخرى استقبالهم وانضباط المواعيد لنقلنا من المطار الى الفندق كان ممتاز
